Product Description:
OptiFibre® is a dietary supplement containing 100% water-soluble fiber derived from guar gum. This fiber is produced through a controlled enzymatic process (partial hydrolysis) of guar bean seeds, making it entirely plant-based and soluble in water. With its neutral taste, OptiFibre® is highly versatile and can be easily mixed with hot/cold liquids and solid foods without altering their flavor or texture. This supplement provides a natural fiber source, helping to fill any gaps in daily fiber intake.

Who Is It For?
Suitable for adults and children aged 4 years and older.

How to Use:
OptiFibre® can be mixed into hot or cold beverages or solid foods.

• Liquids: Use 1 scoop (5g) per 100ml. It can be added to beverages, soups, sauces, orange juice, chocolate milk, etc.
• Solid Foods: Use 1 scoop (5g) per 100g. It can be added to yogurt, mashed potatoes, applesauce, etc.

Simply stir until the powder fully dissolves.

Warning: For optimal solubility, do not mix with carbonated beverages or soda.

Recommended Dosage:
If needed, gradually increase the amount taken to reach a maximum daily dose of 12.5g.

• Children (ages 4-10): 5g per day.
• Adults: Maximum 2.5 scoops (12.5g) per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum (PHGG), May Contain Trace Amounts of Milk.
