Shipping & Delivery

1. SaleemX store provides shipping services to customers through approved shipping companies. These contracted companies may change periodically as we always aim to offer exceptional delivery service to our customers.

2. Shipping duration is determined based on the destination city, and shipping costs are determined by the weight of the order.

3. The cost and duration of shipping are clarified in the purchase order before confirming the purchase. Shipping costs are added to the customer’s invoice, including the product price and shipping cost.

4. If a purchase order falls on a Thursday or Friday, these days will not be included in the shipping duration calculation due to non-working days.

5. Orders are shipped from Saturday to Thursday, from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

6. All orders on holidays or official days off will be shipped on the nearest business day.

7. The customer undertakes to retain electronic payment receipts that may be requested upon product delivery. The customer also agrees to sign the receipt of product delivery.

8. The customer commits to paying for the purchased products (if not paid through electronic means) and any applicable shipping charges upon receiving the products during delivery.

9. The customer agrees to inspect the products before signing for their delivery by the shipping representative. The customer acknowledges that their signature upon receiving the products is conclusive evidence of the products being free from any visible defects such as damage or breakage.
